Detoxing
I am detoxing. I started yesterday and will probably do it for another day or two after today. TMI but I have been to the toilet 8 times since I started this yesterday morning! I feel like I am going through a healing crisis right now and I am craving bread!!
~Detox~
Day 1 - 14th March 2005
Weigh: 158 pounds
Drank - 1/2 cup DetoX tea a.m., 1/2 cup DetoX tea p.m.
Ate:
Unsweetened apple compote
Homeade Ratatouille - dry fried mushroom, butternut squash, courgette, aubergine, spring onion and garlic, added tomatoes and water - cooked for 40 mins.
1 Fooddoctor 'Get Set' energy bar
Half small Avocado, teaspoon sunflower seeds, teaspoon pumpkin seeds, half teaspoon pinenuts, 5 cashew nuts, alfafa and mung bean sprouts.
Drank:
Detox lemonade = lemon juice, water and honey
Peppermint tea
Water
Did some weights and crunches whilst watching TV.
Day 2 - 15th March 2005
Weigh: 156 pounds
Drank - 1/4 cup DetoX tea a.m., 1/4 cup DetoX tea at noon, will drink 1/2 cup after dinner
Ate:
Unsweetened apple compote, sprinkle of cinnamon, sultanas
5 cashew nuts
Miso soup
Later I will eat a Fooddoctor 'Get Set' bar
I am planning on making a stir fry (dry fried) of broccoli, mushroom, courgette, almonds, cashews, garlic and fresh ginger
Drank:
Detox lemonade
Water
